Academic Pediatric Neuroradiologist: Assistant or Associate Professor

Children’s Hospital Colorado (CHCO)
is seeking a fellowship-trained Pediatric Neuroradiologist to join a practice of 5 pediatric neuroradiologists.  CHCO is a 444-bed facility that is currently and consistently rated in the top 10 Children’s Hospitals by U.S. News & World Report. Our group’s broad clinical subspecialty expertise enables comprehensive advanced imaging, teaching, and research. Our current complement of state-of-the-art neuroimaging equipment includes five 3T and three 1.5T MRI scanners, four CT scanners, a PET/CT and SPECT.

Its proximity to the Rocky Mountains and multiple national and state parks offers access to a wide variety of exciting outdoor activities and beautiful scenery.

The successful recruit will be required to participate in our clinical practice and to excel in one or more of our other primary missions, including education, research, and service. The position is for 100% pediatric neuroimaging, including neuro CT, MRI, and PET. We work closely with a variety of nationally recognized clinical partners, including neurology, neurosurgery, neuro-oncology, fetal care, ENT, ID, and genetics/metabolics. Active participation in fellow, resident and medical student education is expected. Participation in research is encouraged.

Minimum qualifications include a Medical Degree or equivalent, Colorado Medical License, and ABR Certification. One of the following combinations of 2-year fellowship training pathways: i) Pediatric radiology, Neuroradiology; ii) Pediatric radiology, Pediatric neuroradiology; iii) Neuroradiology, Pediatric neuroradiology
