The section of Pediatric Radiology at the Medical College of Wisconsin has one Pediatric Neuroradiology position for the 2017/2018 academic year and another for 2018/2019. These positions will be open until filled.
The Pediatric Neuroradiology Instructor would be responsible for working closely with the Neuroradiology team in both clinical and academic pursuits. We now have a distinguished group of graduates who have trained in this program, have won prestigious awards for their academic work and now hold Pediatric Neuroradiology positions at Children’s Hospitals in the United States.
The pediatric radiology section at the Medical College of Wisconsin consists of 13 staff radiologists, four of whom specialize in Neuroradiology, and another who specializes in interventional radiology and interventional Neuroradiology, with the remainder as general interventionalists and body and general pediatric imagers. The case material is excellent and this program has a strong academic focus with many research, publication, and national meeting presentation opportunities.
Prerequisite training includes satisfactory completion of a diagnostic radiology residency program accredited by the ACGME or the RCPSC. Prior Fellowship training in Neuroradiology or Pediatric Radiology is highly desirable.
Applicants must be able to obtain a Wisconsin Medical License.
