The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) Department of Radiology is recruiting a Pediatric Neuroradiologist or a Neuroradiologist with Pediatric Neuroradiology experience for immediate locum position(s). We provide centralized care to a rapidly expanding major referral 520+ bed academic pediatric hospital and multiple outpatient imaging centers and referring hospitals. The division of pediatric neuroradiology utilizes 11 MRI systems, including eight 3 Tesla MRI systems. There is a dedicated simultaneous 3T PET/MR system. There are three CT systems, a SPECT-CT, and a PET-CT. Our equipment is state-of-the-art and advanced imaging techniques are routinely employed.

Successful applicants will have an MD degree and be board certified by the American Board of Radiology; will be fellowship trained in neuroradiology and will either already have or be qualified to secure medical licensure in the State of Pennsylvania and preferably New Jersey. They should also be able to provide background clearance. This position will primarily consist of interpretation of Neuroradiology CT and MRI exams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clinicians, patients, and trainees are required. Additional terms will be discussed.
