Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and the McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University are pleased to offer a oneyear nonaccredited Pediatric Neuroradiology fellowship position for202223 academic year.Candidates should be ABRcertified or eligible in Diagnostic Radiology and have completed an accredited fellowship in Neuroradiology or Pediatric Radiology.

Lurie Children’s is a 364bed hospitalmaking it one of the largest pediatriccare providersin the region andone of the leading Children’s Hospital’sin the nation. The Division of Pediatric Neuroradiology is staffed by seven fulltime fellowship trained pediatric neuroradiologists. Our faculty are dedicated to excellence in clinical neuroradiology, education,and neuroimaging research.

The hospital has a large brain tumor program,a level4 epilepsy centerand a regional fetal surgery program. In addition, the hospital has busy neurology, neurocritical care, otolaryngologyand head & neckservices. The fellowship provides extensive experience in all neuroimaging modalities, including CT, MRI, PET/SPECT and advancedneuroimagingtechniques including perfusion, DTI, MR spectroscopy and fMRI. A 3D postprocessing lab assists with advanced neuroimaging examinations. Fetal MRI is performed by dedicated fetal imagers and neuroangiography is performed by interventional neuroradiologists. More extensive dedicatedexposure to thesesubspecialized servicesis available to interested candidates.The fellowship also has a strong academic component with opportunities and support for research projects and teaching endeavors.

Lurie Children’s is inthe heart of Chicago, situated between the beaches and trails of Lake Michigan and the buzzing downtownexperienceof the Magnificent Mile. Our beautiful new facilityisconnected via bridges to Northwestern Memorial Hospitaland Prentice Women’s Hospital.
