This webinar in the ASPNR Mentorship Matters series is to showcase an innovative new Mentorship Core Case Collection which represents a collaboration between ASPNR mentors and members-in-training. Selected cases from our pilot program will be presented by mentored trainees in conjunction with a panel discussion among participants in order to illustrate what we believe is an effective mechanism for training and career development. Our goal is to increase participation by mentors and mentees to enrich the Core Case Collection at the ASPNR and foster mentoring relationships within the organization.
