As we continually seek to expand member engagement in the Society, we are soliciting applications for a Junior “At Large” position on the ASPNR Board of Directors. The “At Large” position will allow for increased involvement and influence within the ASPNR, expand professional networks, and afford the opportunity to work with some amazing (and fun) colleagues! The Junior “At Large” member will be selected by the membership from a list of finalists via an email ballot late this Fall, and the term will begin at our 2025 Annual Meeting in January. Duties, eligibility, restrictions, terms, application requirements, and timelines are listed below:
At Large Director Positions:

General: "At Large" Directors will have the same duties and responsibilities as all other members of the ASPNR Board

General Eligibility:

Self-nominations are expected

Must have completed radiology training and be in active clinical practice at the time of application and throughout the duration of the "At Large" term on the Board

Must be available to attend standing Board meetings, which are typically scheduled weekday afternoons or early evenings US Eastern Time (EST/EDT)

General Exclusions:
-
May not serve on an Executive Committee or Board of Directors of another Radiology or Medical Society at the time of application or during the tenure of an "At Large" position

Cannot have previously served on ASPNR Executive Committee or Board of Directors

Junior "At Large" Position

Eligibility:

Active general member in good standing within seven (7) years of completion of radiology training at the time of application

Preference given to members with current or prior contributions to the ASPNR

Term: 1-year term, not renewable

Maximum of one page, double-spaced, minimum font size of 12

Selection Process

ASPNR Board selects finalists for each available "At Large" position

Maximum of 3 finalists for an "At Large" position
