Fellowships Overview

OVERVIEW

Pediatric neuroradiology, the radiologic discipline in which neuroimaging techniques are used to assess the pediatric central nervous system and head and neck, relies on specialized fellowship training. Fellows in pediatric neuroradiology have typically completed either a year of an ACGME-accredited Neuroradiology Fellowship or Pediatric Radiology Fellowship prior to enrolling in a dedicated pediatric neuroradiology fellowship year. Dedicated pediatric neuroradiology fellowships, listed with their program directors under “Pediatric neuroradiology fellowships/training” offer fellowship training in pediatric neuroradiology and support the high standards of practice, research and education required for pediatric neuroradiology.
