2025 ASPNR Promo Party

We are excited to announce that this year’s ASPNR Promo Party will take place at the Stratus Rooftop Bar on Monday, May 9, 2025. This event is open to both ASPNR members and non-members and promises to be an unforgettable evening for all who attend.

The ASPNR Promo Party supports ASPNR’s 8th Annual Scientific Meeting, happening January 16-18, 2026 in sunny Tampa, FL.

A big thank you to our wonderful sponsor, GUERBET LLC, for making this event possible — complete with drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and a DJ to keep the party going.

We look forward to seeing you in Philadelphia (and Tampa!) as we raise a glass to the continued success and growth of ASPNR.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the ASPNR’s Barkovich, Naidich, and Harwood-Nash Research Fund. The ASPNR is a 501(C)(3) charitable organization.

Cancellation Policy
Ticket fees, less a $25 administration fee will be refunded upon written (email) notice of cancellation to ASPNR. In order to qualify for a refund of fees, cancellation notice must be received no later than May 5, 2025 to members@aspnr.org. There will be no refund of fees for cancellations received after May 5, 2025, or for lack of attendance to the ASPNR 2025 Promo Party.
