NEUROGRAPHICS

June 3, 2021

Calling all pediatric neuroradiology educators: NEUROGRAPHICS WANTS YOUR MANUSCRIPTS!

Neurographics is the open-source educational journal of the ASNR and is published bimonthly online. In the past year the journal has been accepted for indexing in SCOPUS and is also indexed in Google Scholar. The journal publishes educational review articles, illustrative case series, and unusual or exceptionally interesting case reports. All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review by an outstanding team of reviewers and additional review by our section editors, including our pediatrics section editor.  The journal will be applying for Medline indexing this coming year, and when accepted all prior publications will be retrospectively indexed in PubMed as well!

Although the majority of Neurographics publications are solicited from award-winning educational exhibits at national meetings, unsolicited manuscripts are also accepted with the approval of the editor-in-chief, Dr. Joshua Nickerson. To learn about the submission process, please visit https://ng.msubmit.net and selecting Author Instructions. This is a great outlet for mentored educational projects by residents and neuroradiology fellows. In the past year, select Neurographics manuscripts have been highlighted during the monthly ASNR Neurographics Case Conversations webinars where authors have been invited to present their topics for a broad range of viewers both in North America and international. Maybe your paper will be next! For questions, please feel free to reach out to Dr. Nickerson at nickerjo@ohsu.edu
