This professionally organized 5k race event on Sunday, January 14 will feature electronic race timing and online accessible individual and overall race results. Refreshments will be available at the race start and finish lines, and registration includes a race t-shirt.

Proceeds from the event will go to ASPNR’s Barkovich, Naidich, and Harwood-Nash Research Fund.

4. Attend the Mentor Mixer

The YPS Mentor Mixer is an event that brings together young professionals and experienced mentors in a fun networking environment! The purpose of such an event is to facilitate meaningful connections and mentorship opportunities for trainees who are just starting their careers or seeking guidance and support in their professional journeys. 5. Party the night away at the Gala

The Saturday evening Gala, our ASPNR signature event, will be held at the San Diego Wine and Culinary Center! Located in San Diego’s Gaslamp District, this unique location is known for their exceptional “culinary” and creative cocktails. 6. Join the San Diego Craft Beer Tour

Spend the afternoon tasting a variety of local award-winning beers made in America’s Craft Beer Capital! Participants will visit 3 different breweries where they will have the opportunity to see the beer-making process up close. Specifically, a guided tour of one of the brewing facilities, where you will learn about the ingredients used, and understand the brewing techniques employed by the brewers. The day will culminate in visiting Stone Brewing Co., voted most popular brewery in San Diego! Food will be provided at that last stop to help soak up all of the delicious beer you’ve sampled.

New this year, we will be offering a day of Core Curriculum on Thursday, January 11. This pre-meeting day of learning is specially designed for trainees, young professionals, and adult neuroradiologists / general pediatric radiologists interested in the essentials of pediatric neuroradiology.
