The JW Marriott Tampa Water Street is the host hotel for ASPNR 2026. A special room rate of $349 USD per night is available for all conference participants. This rate is offered on a space-available basis until January 2, 2026, rooms are first come first serve – we encourage you to book early!
Reservations can be made once you have registered for the meeting.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received no later than five (5) days prior to your confirmed arrival date. Reservations canceled after this deadline will be subject to a fee equal to one (1) night’s room and tax.

AIRLINE TRAVEL AND TRANSPORTATION

The Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately 20 minutes from the hotel.
A variety of ground transportation options makes it easy to access surrounding areas from Tampa International Airport.
Rental Cars
On-airport rental car companies are located in the Rental Car Center which can be reached by taking the SkyConnect train from the Main Terminal.
Taxis
Taxi service by Yellow Cab is available at the curbside outside the Baggage Claim Level at the Ground Transportation Areas, Red 1 and Blue 2.
Ride App Pickup (Uber/Lyft)
Guests departing the Airport using Lyft, Uber or Wridz can be picked up at Red Baggage Claim, the Blue Express Curbside, or the SkyCenter One office building remote curbside.
