Abstract Submission Guidelines
Call for Proposals is now open!
Submissions will be accepted July 24, 2026 – September 18, 2026.
Please review the following guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in your abstract being ineligible for presentation or awards.
Abstract Submission Requirements
- Each submitter may submit a maximum of three (3) abstracts. Multiple abstracts must be submitted separately.
- Abstracts submitted by industry sponsors or exhibitors are not permitted. Generic product names should be used whenever possible.
- Published or previously presented work is discouraged.
- Last day to make edits to submitted abstracts is September 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
Submission Categories
- Select the submission category that best fits your work. (Scientific, Educational, or Case Report)
- A limited number of Scientific and Educational posters will be selected for Poster Spotlight presentations.
- Authors submitting an abstract to be considered for an Oral Scientific Presentation may elect to have their abstract considered as a poster if not selected for an oral presentation.
- Only true scientific submissions or case series with analysis are acceptable for the oral scientific submission.
- Case reports should be submitted in the appropriate section and are digital posters
Abstract Formatting Requirements
- Maximum of 1,000 characters per section (excluding title and author list).
- Up to four (4) images may accompany each abstract.
- Images must be uploaded as JPG, JPEG, or PNG files.
Registration Requirements
Presenting authors must register for the ASPNR 2027 Annual Meeting by January 4, 2027.
- Failure to register by January 4, 2027 will result in removal of your poster presentation from the Annual Meeting program.
- Only registered presenting authors may present posters onsite.
Poster Preparation
ASPNR 2027 will feature both digital and printed poster presentations. Please review the presentation format requirements below.
- Digital Posters (Educational Exhibits & Case Reports): Educational Exhibits and Case Reports will be presented as digital PowerPoint presentations. Detailed PowerPoint formatting and upload instructions will be provided at a later date. These presentations will be displayed on digital monitors during the Annual Meeting.
- Scientific Posters: Scientific abstracts will be presented as digital e-posters. However, a select number of Scientific Posters will be chosen as Poster Spotlight presentations and will also be displayed as printed posters during the Annual Meeting.
Authors selected for a printed poster must prepare a single printed poster that meets the following requirements:
- Posters must be prepared as one single printed poster and may not be split across multiple panels or pages.
- Maximum poster dimensions: 3 feet wide × 4 feet tall (36" × 48"), including all margins.
- Use large, easy-to-read fonts and high-resolution graphics.
- Ensure all figures, charts, and photographs are clearly labeled.
Please Note: Additional instructions regarding digital poster formatting, PowerPoint specifications, e-poster uploads, and Poster Spotlight requirements will be provided to accepted presenters.
