The Fontainebleau Miami Beach is the host hotel for ASPNR 2027. A special room rate of $369 USD per night (plus $30 Hotel Fee & 14% tax) is available for all conference participants. This rate is offered on a space-available basis until December 19, 2026, rooms are first come first serve – we encourage you to book early!
Reservations can be made once you have registered for the meeting.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
A one-night advance deposit is required when booking your hotel reservation. The deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the one-night deposit.

Miami International Airport (MIA)

Miami International Airport (MIA) is the closest airport to the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, located approximately 12 miles from the hotel. Travel time is typically 25–35 minutes, depending on traffic.
Taxis are available on the arrivals level outside the baggage claim areas. Rideshare pickups are available at designated locations on both the arrivals and departures levels. Attendees should use their preferred rideshare app to confirm the appropriate pickup location and door number.

Attendees should follow airport signage and use their preferred rideshare app to confirm the appropriate pickup location.
