Registration Prices
To receive the discounted member rate, you must register using the same email address that is linked to your ASPNR Member Portal account. This is important—using a different email will prevent the system from recognizing your membership status.

Full Meeting Registration Includes:
- Access to all learning activities Friday through Sunday
- Admission to the Expo Hall
- Admission to the Opening Reception on Friday
- Access to online lectures for three-months post meeting

Onsite Meals for Full Meeting Registration:
- Breakfast and morning/afternoon beverages Friday through Sunday

Workshop Registration Includes:
- Access to workshop learning activities
- Admission to the Reception on Thursday

Visa and Travel Information
International attendees are responsible for determining the visa and entry requirements applicable to their travel to the United States. Because visa processing times can vary, attendees are strongly encouraged to begin the application process as early as possible.

Visa Invitation Letter
ASPNR is pleased to provide a formal letter of invitation to attendees who require one for visa purposes. To request a letter, please complete the request form and allow 7–10 business days for processing.
Please note that an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval. Attendees are responsible for all visa application requirements and fees, as well as their own travel arrangements and related expenses.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees, less $100 administration fees will be refunded upon written (email) notice of cancellation to ASPNR. In order to qualify for refund of fees, cancellation notice must be received no later than December 15, 2026 to members@aspnr.org. There will be no refund of fees for cancellation received after December 15, 2026 or for lack of attendance to the meeting or special activities.
Please note: canceling your meeting registration does not automatically cancel your hotel or travel reservations. You are responsible for managing and canceling your own hotel and travel arrangements.
